In our „Employees in Focus“ series , we’re introducing two special team members today: Linda and George – a couple who have been supporting us as part-time employees since July 2025 and embody our values like few other duos.
Experienced, motivated, and looking for a better work environment
Before Linda and George joined us, they both worked for another cleaning company. There, they gained valuable practical experience but did n’t feel sufficiently valued , especially in their interactions with colleagues.
They were looking for an environment where respect, communication, and collaboration played a greater role – and that’s exactly what they found with us.
Since their start, they have demonstrated daily how motivated, reliable, and team-oriented they are. Their friendly manner is not only noticed positively within the team, but also by our customers.
Our training: Structure, quality & expertise from the very beginning
Even though both already had cleaning experience, standardized training to meet our quality standards is particularly important to us. Therefore, Linda and George – like all new team members – underwent multi-stage training to ensure they meet our high standards for office cleaning.
1️⃣ Theory Unit – Fundamentals of Professional Office Cleaning
Introduction to our company’s quality standards
Hygiene guidelines for office and sanitary areas
Knowledge of materials and agents (which agent for which surface?)
Raising awareness of hygiene-intensive contact surfaces
Both impressed with their quick grasp of concepts and a strong awareness of quality.
2️⃣ On-site practical training
Accompanied by an experienced site manager, the following steps were practiced:
Cleaning system according to the 4-color system
efficient processes for office spaces
professional floor and surface care
Handling modern cleaning trolleys and accessories
It quickly became clear: Linda and George work precisely, in a structured and conscientious manner .
3️⃣ Quality check & feedback
After the initial deployments, a joint tour took place:
Checking the cleaning quality
Fine-tuning of work processes
open feedback session for both sides
Transparency and communication are the main focus here.
4️⃣ Continuous support
We remain in close contact even after the training:
